Can I check out a video to use outside the Library?

Answer

CSUS faculty and staff can check out videos for one week unless the video is on reserve for a class. Students and other library card holders can check "non-educational" videos out 3-7 days.

"Educational videos" can be used by students, community card holders, and alumni card holders in the Media Center on the 1st floor of the Library.

To find check-out duration for any video, search the video in OneSearch then "sign in" and look at the duration listed under "Policy."

To find streaming videos online, current students, faculty, and staff can search Films on Demand.
