Yes, course reserve materials with a two-hour checkout can be borrowed overnight!

Here is the official policy:

2-hour items: Items are due two hours after the checkout time. Two-hour items may go out overnight two hours before closing. Course Reserve books that go out overnight are due when the library opens the next day.
