Yes, you can print from your laptop or device by uploading your print job to PrintSmart. https://printsmart.csus.edu/user

However, we highly recommend using a campus computer or the email-to-print feature to print instead. With this you can email the print job directly to the printer using the following emails. 

B/W print: psbw@csus.edu

Color print: pscolor@csus.edu
