When your items are ready for pick up, you will receive an email notification from support@luxerone.com with instructions for picking up your materials. You will be able to access the locker by entering an access code or scanning a QR code at the locker touchpad. You will receive both the access code and QR code in the email notification.

Other helpful tips to enhance your library pickup experience:

• Turn up your phone screen brightness and avoid glare on your screen to ensure the scanner can read the QR code.
• If your phone screen is dirty or cracked, the scanner may be unable to read the QR code.
• Check to make sure the items inside the locker are labeled with your name.
