When can I pick up my library materials from a locker?
Answer
When your library materials have been placed in a locker, you will receive an email notification from support@luxerone.com informing you that your library materials are ready to be picked up. When the time is convenient for you, head to the library to pick up your materials.
Lockers available 24/7
Materials not picked up within 3 days will be removed from the locker and placed on a 7 day hold shelf at the service desk on the 1st floor of the library. If you need to extend the hold on library materials contact library staff at (916) 278-6708 or email us at lib-circ@csus.edu.
