How do I report a noise complaint from the 4th floor?

The quickest way to report a noise disturbance is to call the library service desk (916) 278-6708 or report the complaint in-person to the service desk (1st floor). 

You can also text us to report a noise disturbance. Texts are monitored Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm. Send texts to (916) 850-2076.
