FAQ

To reserve the Family Study Room visit the Family Study Room information page at: https://csus.libcal.com/reserve/family-study-room. Scroll to the bottom of the page and follow the instructions at the booking grid to reserve the room for you desired date and time.

From the scheduling grid you can select an available day/time slot. As two families may be in the room at the same time, there are two options to choose from when scheduling: Family A and Family B. After making your choice, specify an end time for your reservation from the dropdown list which will appear at the bottom of the page (the reservation time can be made in increments of 15 minutes).

Submit the requested time (remember your Sac State login is required), then complete the registration form and submit.

A confirmation email will be sent to the email indicated on the form. To cancel a reservation, see link in confirmation email.

When you are ready to use the room, go the Library User Services Desk on the 1st Floor to checkout the Family Study Room key. Your OneCard is required to checkout the key, and children must be present at the time of key checkout.

The Family study room is located on the 2nd floor of the library in room 2003.
